Terms of Service
Last updated 21 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wisdommadeeasy.com (the “Site”), operated by Wisdom Made Easy Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and business-information purposes. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and view the Site. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
- introduce malware or any harmful code, or interfere with the Site’s operation;
- scrape, harvest or collect data from the Site by automated means without our consent; or
- use the Site to transmit unsolicited communications.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the illustrations, visuals, text, graphics, logos and the “Wisdom Made Easy” name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Wisdom Made Easy Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site transfers any ownership to you.
Use and sharing of our visuals is governed by our Licensing terms. Please read them before sharing, reproducing or adapting any visual. Except as permitted by those terms or by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
3. Newsletter and enquiries
When you subscribe to the WISER newsletter or send an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate information and confirm you are entitled to use the email address supplied. We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email.
4. Coaching, content and no professional advice
Content on the Site, in the newsletter, and shared through coaching or mentoring is provided for general information and personal development. It is not, and should not be relied on as, professional, legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice. Any decisions you make based on it are your own responsibility. Where a separate agreement governs coaching or commissioned work, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites, tools and platforms (for example, social media, the newsletter provider and the booking tool) that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time without notice, and we are not liable if the Site is unavailable for any period.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is complete or up to date.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
